Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, on Sunday shared a mesmerizing video of emergency vehicles and drones coming together for a grand ‘thank you’ message to all those fighting Covid-19 coronavirus on the frontlines.

The video shows messages beamed on the Burj Khalifa, the Burj Al Arab and the Dubai Frame, followed by several patrol cars, bike patrols, ambulances, civil defence vehicles driving along on the Sheikh Zayed Road at night.

In a beautifully orchestrated move, these vehicles then come together to form the words ‘Thank you’, their lights flashing in gratitude to the thousands of frontline workers who have been relentless in their efforts to tackle the coronavirus.

Moments later, hundreds of drones take to the skies to ‘write’ the words ‘Thank you’, then the UAE national flag,

“An initiative by Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Dubai Media Office, in partnership with Done Events of Arab Media Group and AO Drones – lights up Dubai’s sky with messages honouring our frontline heroes in the fight against COVID-19 in a spectacular drone show. #StrongerTogether,” Sheikh Mohammed tweeted.
